Cancellations by Guest
2+ days before the workshop:
You may cancel your ticket and receive a full credit toward a future workshop.
Within 2 days of the workshop:
Tickets are non-refundable and non-creditable, as supplies and greens have already been purchased and prepared specifically for you.
Transferring Your Ticket
Tickets are transferable to another person at any time.
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to send a friend in your place—just notify us with their name.
Cancellations by Host
In the unlikely event that Wild Lotus Floral Design needs to cancel or reschedule the workshop (illness, weather, low enrollment), you may choose:
A full refund, or
A full credit toward a future workshop.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend and did not contact us within the cancellation window, your ticket will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
