Description
A two-hour postnatal workshop designed to help you reconnect to your body, rebuild your strength, and rediscover yourself after birth.
✨ What to expect:
• Gentle breathwork and yoga flow to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect to your core
• An intro/reintro to weights led by the Aspire Gym team — build confidence, move safely, and feel strong again
• Learn how softness and strength can beautifully coexist — both are needed on this journey
• Healthy snacks and teas to nourish your body and connect with other women
• A restful meditation to close, grounding everything you’ve gained
It doesn’t matter if you’re 6 weeks or 6 years postnatal — your body and mind still deserve care, attention, and love.
Take this time — just a couple of hours — for you and for the company of other women walking the same path.
