Celebrate the vibrant energy of summer solstice with a day of seasonal yoga, yin yoga, breathwork, journaling and guided meditation. Reignite your inner fire and find balance with Traditional Chinese Medicine Wise One’s Body Clock flow.

Raising your Vibration’,
Avoid becoming stagnant as we move into the summer months. We will discuss what you need to do to maintain your emotional wellbeing? Eternal Sea will celebrate this summer solstice with a collection of chants and mantras and songs to warm the soul.
