Vinyasa for All

Find balance as we ground our breath into the earth and move through postures designed to help find clarity in the mind and gently get into the deeper layers of the body. We'll move intentionally and repeatedly through flows that massage their way into our being and help lengthen and strengthen through breath, body and mind.
This class is designed in a way that supports students at every level in their practice, with tiered suggestions and a variety of options to pace your practice and grow. Suitable for everyone ranging from beginners to those with an established practice.
All levels welcome!
