All Levels Yoga

Gentle Hatha-Flow: A low-impact yoga class for all levels. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated as we breathe deeply and flow thru our postures. Class ends 11:40am.

Classes by donation (suggested $8). Though all are welcome and encouraged to attend, regardless of ability to donate. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. You may also bring blocks and straps.
