To all those who identify as a Mother, no matter what age, or phase of this wild journey,

this retreat, abundant with true, spacious self-care and uplifting connection, is for YOU.

Returning to Holwell Holistic Retreat Centre for the fifth time, this sell-out retreat has become an important space for mothers, for women, to honour themselves, and enjoy connecting each other.

Re-energise as we head into winter, and fill your cup - because you are worthy of this care.

Expect mind-body practices that feel approachable, inclusive and grounding - because rest comes from feeling safe enough to slow down.

Reflective journaling, restorative yoga, mindful breathwork, slow flows, nature connection and delicious nourishing food will lead the way!

The wood-fired sauna over looking rolling fields, will slow down your Saturday, replenish and rejuvenate, with plenty of spacious time throughout to simply nap, sleep well, read, or simply be - however you choose.

This is a small group retreat for up to 12 women, where you are more than a number and real conversation or space to just be, is yours. ​
