🌿 Introducing The Chill Sessions 🌿
A new SEND The Help Family Retreat at Home Farm, Arlington Court.
Once a month, on the first Sunday of every month, we’ll be opening up a calm and welcoming space for families raising children with SEND to spend time together in nature.
If you know us through The Chill Tent, you’ll recognise the same ethos here – creating gentle, supportive environments where people can pause, regulate and just be themselves. This time though, we’re bringing those “chill” vibes outdoors.
Families can expect:
🌱 Nature-based arts & crafts
🌿 Gardening and outdoor activities
🚶♀️ Wellbeing walks across the estate
💛 Space to connect with other SEND families
🌼 A relaxed, accepting environment where nobody needs to explain themselves
These sessions are completely free, thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, and we are incredibly grateful for their support in making opportunities like this accessible to families who need them.

Parenting children with additional needs can sometimes feel isolating.
The Chill Sessions are about changing that.
