Class 1 x poles assistance can be given
Class 2 40cm assistance can be given
Class 3 50cm asistance can be given
Class 4 60cm
Class 5 70cm
Class 6 80cm
Class 7 90cm
Class 8 1m
Run under BS rules. No Earpieces to be used. No assistance after Class 3.
