Held on the first Saturday of each month in The Holistic Healing Sanctuary, upstairs at The Plant Bar Cafe, 9 The Strand in Barnstaple

I really enjoy bringing this monthly class to you, start the month by energising your body and elevating your mind. And if you feel inclined, there is always some lively conversation and gorgeous food/drinks to be had in the cafe after.
