Nature Wander and Petal Press - Ilfracombe Gardens

Join us for a gentle afternoon wander and wellbeing conversation in the fresh air. We’ll take a slow stroll through some of Ilfracombe’s beautiful nearby gardens to forage petals, leaves, and little natural treasures to press between the pages of an old book.

💬 As we walk or sit together, there’ll be the option to take part in a reflective group chat about your summer so far:
✨ What’s made you feel alive or joyful?
🌿 What didn’t go quite to plan?
🌞 What are you looking forward to next?

We’ll be making time for connection, creativity, and calm and there’ll be plenty of places to sit if you’d prefer to take it easy and soak up the green space around you.

🌼 Please bring an old hardback book that you don’t mind filling with pressed flowers and leaves. Abi will bring a few spares just in case, along with litter pickers if you fancy giving a little love back to nature as we go.
