Explore your personal connection to Earth, through a safe and deep Shamanic Journey to the Lower Kingdom/World, and interact with Nature, before which, we'll decorate an intent stick and enjoy a Communal Smudge Ceremony using healing herbs.
You'll have time to journal and share your experience after.
Take a walk on Hele Beach to collect stones, shells etc to make your own individual Earth Mandala later.
Return to enjoy a nourishing feast of food made lovingly by Karen. It will include homemade soup and sourdough bread, home made kimchi,, Mediterranean salad , and a sumptuous cheese cake. Let us know any dietary requirements please .
After lunch, time to rest, relax, reflect as Karen morphs into our storyteller, and brings us, Selkie Woman finds her own skin.. it's a tale of finding the list parts of yourself, and where you belong.
Finally, it's time to create your Mandala before Juney reads a healing poem and we close our circle and day.
Cost per person is £80
Mats, pillows and blankets are provided, unless you prefer to bring your own. Also,
bring water and a notebook and pen.

Parking
During business hours we ask you to park along the main road, where there is always plenty of free parking or alternatively in Hele Bay Car Park, a 3minute walk to the studio.
