If you’ve been out of your usual rhythm with movement, are returning after injury or rehab, or simply want a slower-paced, knowledgeable approach to rebuilding strength—this small group course is for you.
Move Well blends Pilates principles with the science of neuroplasticity — the way your brain and body work together to create new patterns of strength, balance, and coordination.
How you think, feel, and visualise each movement changes how your body responds. This approach helps you move with more ease, awareness, and confidence.
Each week, you’ll be supported with the Pilates Tower, Reformer, and Mat, using these tools to guide, strengthen, and realign your body safely.
With only a few participants, you’ll receive close support and personal feedback in a calm, encouraging environment.
This course is ideal if you:
• Haven’t exercised for a while and want to start again
• Are returning after rehab and unsure how to begin
• Have ongoing issues and value patient, knowledgeable teaching
