We are organising a November ‘term time’ trip for approx 25 Children (and their supervising adults) at a reduced rate of £5 per person (adults payable too). That’s a discount of 69-75%.
You can book a space with payment needed to secure your space.
Our reduced-price zoo trip is open to children who are not currently accessing full-time mainstream education. This may include children who are home educated, receiving alternative provision, or unable to attend school due to SEND or emotional needs.

Q: Can one adult bring more than one child?
A: Yes, each adult can bring up to three children from their own family.
Q: Do adults have to pay as well?
A: Yes – both adults and children are £5 each (reduced from the standard entry price).
Q: How do I book a place?
A: Payment is needed in advance to secure your spot. Spaces are limited, so please book early.
Q: Can I bring a carer or support worker?
A: Yes, support workers or carers are welcome. Please let us know when booking so we can arrange tickets appropriately. Due to the fact that the zoo still operates a charge for Carers, which is more than £5, we will still need to charge carers for a place.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Yes, you are welcome to bring a packed lunch. There are also cafés on-site if you prefer to buy food.
Q: Is travel included?
A: No, families will need to arrange their own transport to and from the zoo.
Q: What if my child struggles in busy environments?
A: We understand – our group will enter together, but families are free to go at their own pace. You can take breaks, use quieter areas, and re-join when ready.
Q: What happens if we can’t attend after booking?
A: Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable once purchased, as we have to pay the zoo in advance.
