Krystina wellness evening

I’m holding a wellness evening as part of my new coaching venture at nutrition zone roundswell. I started as a member myself and I’ve lost 4 stone, so much more energy and have learnt so much about nutrition and feeling really healthy. It’s not just about weight loss but getting you back to your best self!! i would love to help more people do the same as me, and would appreciate anyone that comes to give some support
