Come indulge yourself in this revitalising session, I will play drum, crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to send you into the depths of relaxation.

These therapeutic sessions are designed to release tension, calm the nervous system and foster emotional well-being. Whether you're new to sound healing or a seasoned participant, you’ll find space to unwind, reflect, and connect with others on a shared journey of inner peace and transformation.
