Ilfracombe Cancer Support Hub

A Fern Centre drop in session for people living with and beyond cancer and their families on the first Tuesday of each month. We offer a friendly and safe environment for you to talk with people in a similar situation and a hot drink and . Apart from Fern Centre staff, printed resources and local information, we have professional support from 361 energy, South West Water, Macmillan Citizens Advice, and Devon Carers. You can also have a taster session of reiki or tuning fork therapy for a bit of relaxation and we always use the last 30 minutes of the morning to have a group mindfulness session, a guided meditation, a sound bath or something similar. If that part isn't for you we won't be offended if you want to leave at this point - but it is always good to give new experiences a try 💚💜💚Pop in for a hot drink and a chat!
