Friday Dynamic Flow

9.15am @ The Gym Braunton
A playful Vinyasa Flow class, designed to wake you up with positive energy and continue into your day with high vibes. We move dynamically in and out of a variety of poses using the breath to guide us and focus on core strength, balance and moving with intention. Always options for everyone, be prepared to feel warm and get your heart pumping.
