This is an evening to play with embodied movement exploration into empowerment in your uniquely beautiful blossoming growth. A time to attune to your creative inspiration that is honouring to your dear heart and souls most harmonious energy and expression. As we flow through a journey of Yoga, Somatic movement, Qi Gong, Meditation and a Cosmic Sound journey (with Crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, Gong and many more magical healing instruments) taking you to sacred inner planes. It will be a time to support your joyous embodied wisdom and bliss.
