This session is all about energy, direction and choice. Through the colours orange, gold, and yellow, we’ll reflect on what motivates us and where our values and actions align.

Come move with creativity - no pressure, just play and purpose in flow.

Emotional Compass: East awakens. Here, we face the rising sun - bold, bright, and ready to move forward with intention.
