The Gathering is our main meet up that's open to everyone within the group and newcomers!
It's FREE to attend for the first time so that you can get a feel for the group and see if it's for you!
The Gathering's are self-funded and cost £2 to attend. This is to pay for the use of the church hall and the facilities within.
Under 16's are not required to pay as long as they are with a paying adult (unless it's the adults first time then both are free)
We aim to start these events from 6pm and whilst it's not required for you to turn up when we open, we do recommend it where you can as it's more likely for you to get involved in a game. Everyone will try and accommodate you where they can and generally unless everyone decides to play a massive game (which hasn't happened yet!) you can just hop onto the next game with a group :)
Members bring their own games and we tend to share them out or teach each other the games, feel free to bring your own games but it's not required.
You're more than welcome to bring your own food and drinks, just be mindful of people's games if you're eating finger food.
There is a kitchen provided at the church hall where you can make use of the tea, coffee and squash and this is included with the £2 fee.
You don't need to confirm attendance online, just turn up and have fun!
