Tulsa Triathlon

Tulsa Triathlon provides a distance challenge for all athletes. No matter your age or experience level you will enjoy the beautiful scenery at Birch Lake near Barnsdall, Oklahoma as you experience the multi-sport lifestyle like no other event.

Events include Sprint Triathlon (500 meter open water swim, 12 mile road bike, 5K road run), Olympic Triathlon (1500 meter open water swim, 30 mile road bike, 10K road run), Aquabike (1500 meter swim, 30 mile bike), and two open-water Swim Only distances (500 meter or 1500 meter).
