Freedom! An Inside Job?

This workshop is built on Nathalie's decades of personal experience, during which she acquired powerful tools and faced her fears. Through her journey, she discovered what it means to truly experience freedom, inner peace, and ease. She is on a mission to share this with anyone who needs it.

Nathalie embodies the essence of the tool she teaches, knowing how to face overwhelming waves by utilising the tools she discovered on her journey.

Join her for a day of inquiry and exercises combined with Transformational Breath. Together, we will address the following:

- Explore the impact of the past few years on our bodies, mental/emotional states, and overall lives.

- Uncover the emotions awakened by the perceived hopelessness stemming from the threats of doom and gloom.

- Discover how to integrate these emotions using awareness and breath.

- Learn how to make peace with the current sociopolitical situation.

- Reflect on what we wish to see happen in the near and distant future.

- Examine our role in creating those changes.

- And, of course, we will breathe.

By the end of the day, you will leave with a two-pronged tool designed to help you navigate—and even thrive—in the world outside.
