Annual 22K Ruck - 13.67 miles

THERE IS NO MANDATORY MILEAGE OR WEIGHT FOR THIS EVENT! THIS IS FOR EVERYONE, DO WHAT YOU CAN.

Our annual event, the 22K on the Barnegat Rail Trail, beginning at mile post zero at Burr Street, rucking to Lacey Road in Forked River and back. There will be check-in stations along the way for water, snacks and places to rest. Training rucks will be posted throughout the Spring and Summer months and these are highly encouraged for those who wish to complete the entire 22K course, especially if you want to carry 22lbs. Training rucks are for everyone regardless of your ability level or what your mileage goal is - you will go further and feel much better afterwards if you are prepared for the journey. More info on training will be posted throughout the summer.

Lastly, don't forget this is a charity event - please donate. Share the info about this ruck and Mission22 to get others involved, let people know you are rucking this event and ask them to donate on your behalf. Our goal this year is $10,000 and we are already on our way to that goal.
