Youth Open Mic Night

Youth Open Mic Nights are back for 2025–26, starting with a special event at the Queer Futures Festival in Barnard Castle on 12th October, 7–9pm at TCR Hub.

These evenings are a chance for young people aged 12–21 to share music, poetry, or any other performance in a friendly and supportive space. Whether you’d like to perform or just come along to enjoy the atmosphere, everyone is welcome.

Entry is free, and the café will be open for drinks and snacks. No need to sign up in advance—just turn up and take part.
