Aromagroup BC - Autumn / Winter Wellbeing with Essential Oils Series £20

Join me at our new monthly aromagroup in Barnard Castle, for our series on autumn and winter wellbeing . Each session will stand alone, and build your knowledge on essential oils and using them to support your wellbeing.

Our next meeting is Weds 15th October where we will be discovering essential oils to support our immune system, and to support us if we do become unwell with a virus .

Complete beginners and especially men wellcome, as aromatherapy is for everyone. It’s £10 for your first session for you to see if it’s for you . £20 each consecutive session.

Booking in advance only as you will be creating your own bespoke blend to use at home each session.
I will bring everything along, though you may want to bring a notebook.
