Want better umpires?
Save the date guys - September 19th. One night only! To help improve your baseball knowledge and confidence, the league has organised an umpiring clinic for all to attend. Paul van der Koogh is the chair of the BUASA (Baseball Umpires Association of South Australia). For one night only Paul will be leading a short clinic going over the basics of umpiring our favourite game. Learn the basics of positioning, rules, zones, myths, unusual plays and anything else that you might want to ask about. I am asking for ALL players, scorers, coaches, parents and baseball enthusiasts to come along and improve yourselves. Your time to umpire will come, so come along and learn a thing or two.

This is not an official course so you won't obtain any accreditation, but you will walk out better prepared for your time to call the game.

I am asking for ALL PLAYERS (of every age) to attend.
