Join us on Saturday the 20th of September to learn how to find calmness in the chaos and strategies for overcoming anxiety - for both horse and human. It will include mindfulness and breathwork exercises with the horses and lean how to recognise subtle signs of stress in your horse. We will also explore different communication processes using a trauma informed approach and responsive horsemanship principles.

Cost is $150 per person for 3 to 4 hours of mentoring to guide your horsemanship journey by Registered Mental Health Nurse Mel Sargent.
