The 𝟑𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐬 “𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐚’ 𝐝𝐢 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐚” will take place Live in Barletta in the splendid setting of the Teatro Comunale Curci with the following Calendar.
The International Young Soloists Prize (strings, wind instruments and guitar) and the International Chamber Music Prize will take place from 13 to 15 May 2025.
The Young Pianists Prize and the International Composition Prize will take place from 16 to 18 May 2025.
During these years the Competition has become one of the most important events for the various music schools around the world.
The last Edition saw the participation of about 300 participants from 30 nations.
𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐡 𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟎 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐝.
The 2025 edition will have 4 Sections:
– International Young Pianists Prize (piano solo)
– International Young Soloists Prize (strings, guitar and wind instruments)
– International Chamber Music Prize (duo, trio and ensemble)
– International Composition Prize which includes 3 Categories:
for solo instrument (with or without electronics), for two to 4 performers (with or without electronics) and acousmatics
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐦𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟑𝟎, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.
The Competition is open to young musicians from all over the world and during the previous years we have discovered fantastic musical talents.
For the 2025 Edition the Prizes for all Sections have been increased in addition to the Special Prizes of the past Editions, and performance, recording, publication and online diffusion for the winning compositions.
Furthermore, in order to encourage the participation of Young Artists, the registration fees for the various Sections have been reduced and exceptional reduced rates are foreseen by the Hotel dei Cavalieri – Best Western for participants and their companions.
