What is Quarter Mania?
Quarter Mania is a cross between an auction and a raffle where people ‘bid’ to win a product/prize of brand new goods donated from local businesses and various home business vendors participating in the event. Bids on these new items are from 2 to 4 quarters.
Remember to bring your quarters!
When you come to a QM, you will stop at the table inside the door and receive your paddles with a number on each that is used for your individual bidding on the items you want to try to win. Paddles are 2/$5 if pre-registered. If not pre-registered they are 2/$10.
Each month we will be doing a donation to a local organization. Bidders can bring in an item for that donation and receive and extra free paddle.
In addition to the biddings, there are 50/50 tickets and other drawings going on throughout the event. Also, the vendors that are there have a lot of specials as well as cash & carry items at their tables. Please stop by and support these individuals as these events help to bring their products to many who would not even know about these businesses.
