Eligibility: Debating clubs of any recognized university level institution (IV).
Venue: University of Barishal.

General Rules of the Tournament:
1. Any university level club can participate in the competition, subject to registration and slot availability.
2. The debate will be held in the Asian parliamentary format.
3. 04 rounds tab procedure will be followed in the first stage.
5. Eight teams will be given breaks in the quarter.
