* Participants may submit up to 10 photos (Color and/or Black & White).
* HDR, digital composites, and photo montages are allowed, but all elements must be photographed by the participant. Proof may be requested.

* Submit only 1 photo stories/series, containing 5–10 photos (Color and/or Black & White).
* Stories can be journalistic, personal, or creative/conceptual, and may use post-processing.
* All photos must be taken by the participant; proof of authorship may be required.

To make submissions easier and more organized, all entries must be submitted via the official Google Forms. Two separate forms have been created: one for Single Image Showcase and one for (Photo Story / Photo Series).

𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Manipulated or over-processed photos are strongly discouraged. Minimal adjustments such as color correction, cropping, dodging, burning, brightness, and contrast are allowed; manipulation is strictly prohibited.
2. Watermarks and borders are not allowed.
3. All submissions must be made only through the official Google Forms.
4. Proper photo naming is mandatory. Submissions without correct names will not be accepted.
5. Commercial, nudity, wedding photography, or other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
6. A participant may sell their photograph displayed in the exhibition. In such cases, 40% of the selling price will go to PSTUPC, and 60% will go to the participant.
7. For Photo Story/ Series, all photos within a story/series must share a cohesive theme and be photographed by the participant.
8. Photo resolution, format, and size must meet the submission requirements. Double-check before uploading.
9. After submitting via Google Form, participants are encouraged to confirm their submission on the event’s discussion page, including:
• Screenshot of the submission
• Number of photos or stories submitted

* Entrants retain full copyright of their submitted photographs.
* Art In Your Heart II and the organizing team reserve the right to use submitted images for non-commercial purposes, including:
* Promotion of the exhibition (online, print, or social media).
* Proper credit will always be given to the photographer when their work is displayed or published.
