Silent Retreat – The Heart of Mindfulness

I’m excited to share about a 5-day silent retreat that I’ll be guiding soon in Barcelos, Portugal, from April 30th to May 4th – it will be the first one I’m offering in English! It’s a unique opportunity to dive deeply into mindfulness meditation in a peaceful, natural setting.

During the retreat, we will have guided sitting meditation (Vipassana and Metta), walking meditation, mindful movent and lectures, where we will explore the Buddha’s teaching on the 4 Foundations of Mindfulness according to the Satipatthana Sutta, so that we can deepen our practice and understanding.
