Your Guide: Eva Payne

Eva is a Los Angeles, California native. She has facilitated reteats for over 25 years with a background in guided meditation and breathwork, she leads with heart and helps you tap into yours. She is mother to six, an author, podcast host, and while on vacation in Barcelona, thought, "What an wonderful opportunity to host breathwork in a beautiful city for beautiful people."

This experience will take place at Blaumeer Yoga, Calle Comtal 29/3 in Barcelona. The location has mats, but you may want to bring an extra blanket. Dress comfortably.

NOTE: The entrance is easy to miss. It is the entrance door with the artwork between the big stationary store Raima and the T-Shirt Shop Catalantees.
