These are some impressions of our last THE SOUND OF LIGHT session:
A meditative sounds & music session. Observe and connect to oneself by becoming one with the sound that fills up the room. The sound will fuel the light that we have inside 🌞. By immersing ourselves into the sound we find a place of peace & presence which makes it easier to connect with our feelings, emotions, memories or anything that may arise …

Paper and pen will be provided so anything that these sounds provoke in us can be expressed during the session. Afterwards we can share our experience while we enjoy some delicious homemade sweets and Chinese tea.

Come & enjoy this joyous moment with us for our next Sound of Light on Saturday 14/06 at 6pm, Barcelona (Sant Andreu). We open doors at 6pm, we start no later than 6.15pm. Price: €10. Limited number of attendees
