Kundalini Awakening Session – Letting Go & Surrender

Kundalini refers to the living, dynamic life-force — Shakti — which rests coiled at the base of the spine. When gently awakened, Shakti rises through the subtle channels and enlivens the chakras, bringing clarity, vitality and deep inner movement. Shiva is the complementary principle: the silent, witnessing consciousness or “space” in which Shakti moves. Together they form the inner dance of awakening — energy meeting awareness.

During a session you may feel warmth, tingling, spontaneous movements, emotional release, waves of breath, or profound stillness — every person’s process is unique.

This session is held with the clear intention of letting go, in harmony with the season of autumn — a natural time to release what no longer serves. The session supports surrendering old patterns, softening control, and creating space for renewal and deeper presence.

Contraindications: pregnancy, serious psychiatric conditions, and significant heart problems. If any of these apply, please contact me before booking so we can discuss suitability and safety.

Practical notes: please do not eat a heavy meal before the session. Also avoid alcohol, drugs, and caffeine on the day. Come rested, wearing comfortable clothes, and with an open willingness to let go.
