You’ve probably heard about ice baths, but have you felt what it’s like to drop into stillness surrounded by cold… and come out smiling, strong, and deeply calm?

This half-day workshop is not just about the cold—it’s about what happens inside you when you meet intensity with breath, presence, and support.

Together, step by step, we’ll move through:

• A simple neuroscience intro to what’s happening in your body & brain and looking at all the benefits of the practice
• A grounding yoga flow to get into the body
• Breathwork to shift your state
• Ice bath – guided, supported, and totally doable (yes, even for first-timers!)
• Rewarming ritual
• Sound relaxation
• Frutis, homemade herbal infusion and time to connect

Chris (founder of Blaumeer Yoga) has been holding space for yoga, movement, and mindfulness events with deep connection for over 10 years—from local classes to dreamy retreats in nature. She is also a neuroscience, breathwork & icebath facilitator and is known for her intuitive teaching style, warm energy, and ability to make you feel at home—whether you’re stepping into a yoga class or an ice bath for the first time.

This isn’t about performance. It’s about presence, play, and discovering how much strength lives inside you.
