Speakers

• – CFO and impact investor with experience scaling startups in Latin America and Europe. He co-founded Beta Impact Venture Fund and Luz de Esperanza, a social enterprise supporting youth in vulnerable communities. He specializes in sustainable finance, fundraising, and connecting mission-driven startups with capital.
• – An Austrian native based in Barcelona for over two decades, Roland holds a PhD in Finance from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an engineering degree in Computer Science. His career spans 15+ years in consulting and as CFO, with deep sector expertise in B2B SaaS, agtech, sustainability, remote sensing, ecommerce, and fintech. As CFO he helped to design and scale Agoro Carbon – a Yara International company – from inception across the US and Brazil, which ultimately lead to Agoro signing the world’s largest nature-based carbon offtake agreement to date. Today, Roland works as an independent consultant at the intersection of Strategic Finance, Pricing Architecture and Operational Strategy.
• - SIA Alumni and CFO/COO in SaaS & PE‑Backed Growth Firms. Nadiia brings deep expertise in SaaS financial frameworks, operational scaling, and performance metrics.
