A four night residential retreat to Re-wild your life and realign your creative soul. Open to people of all genders and aimed at those over 35 years old.
We will explore & integrate aspects of the Wild Woman/Man, Creatrix and Inner Child in 3 dedicated archetype workshops led by Lewis Barfoot. These will be a dive deep into the archetype including the shadow side. There will be many opportunities to respond to the work in body, voice and in written form. And we will also enjoy adventures in nature and have the space to slow down & drop into a deeper more embodied connection with yourself, your breathe and the land.
Most rooms are shared and will be gender specific. There are 2 private rooms with shared bathroom.
Costs include accommodation, all food prepared by our retreat chef, saunas and all workshops:

As well as three archetype workshops there will be a fire ceremony with songs, drumming & chanting, a visit to the Stone Circle, Movement Medicine, Guided Visualisation, Wild swimming (optional), On Site Sauna and Massages (massages at an extra cost), Time to journal, reflect and relax in the beautiful grounds or swim in the local river.
