Week One – Journeying to meet our spirit guides
This workshop we will explore what Shamanism is, focussing on creating sacred space and journeying to connect with Spirit Guides. We will discuss the roles of Power Animals; Learn how to call upon your guides and explore how they can support or provide knowledge and inspiration.

By the end of this workshop, you will have a much better understanding of this basic Shamanic Practice and will have experienced journeying for yourself in a safe, protected space.
