How to Play:
Guests should bring quarters to bid or quarters will be available to purchase at the door.
Each ticket comes with 1 paddle. Additional paddles can be purchased for $1.00 each.
If a guest has 3 paddles numbered 1, 2, and 3. The announcer shows an item or set of items valued at $50 and says this is a 2 quarter bid. The guest decides to only bid with paddles 1 and 2. They would then put 4 quarters in the bin on the table (2 quarters for each paddle). All the quarters are collected from the tables.
The announcer starts calling numbers from all the paddles that were purchased. The first number called is 3. The guest did not bid with that paddle so they say "No Bid". The next number called is paddle 1. The guest screams "That Is Me" and they win the item!
There will be 2 rounds of auction with a break in the middle for shopping at the vendor tables, buy concessions and bathroom breaks.
The organization gets all the vendor table fees, concession sales, ticket fees, extra paddle sales, 50/50, any other raffle drawings and all quarters for items donated to the organization including one item from every vendor.
