Gorgeous views to elevate your practice in the open air cliffside barn with Beech Mountain View’s. Jenna Stone will guide this Sunday, rain or shine 75 minute class with a blanket of mountain air to keep community and yoga at the center of her teaching. Followed by a light southern ayurvedic brunch to connect and celebrate the end of summer and moving towards the fall!
Please bring any favorite props and a yoga mat. A few mats are available at a first come first serve.
