Ceramics Workshops (Two-day workshop)

Learn the basics of sculpting facial features to build your very own stack of ceramic heads!In this workshop, students will learn to create a small stack of hand-built heads out of clay. Using a variety of tools and techniques, they will customise their designs with unique shapes and textures before finishing their artworks with their chosen glazes.

*This is a Mental Health Month program for youth – a collaboration of BYRC and Bankstown Arts Centre

Date & Time:*You must be available for both dates

Session 1 (sculpting): Wednesday 1 October, 10am-noon

Session 2 (glazing): Wednesday 8 October, 10am-noon

Where: Bankstown Arts Centre

Who: Young people, aged 12-18

Cost: $ 10

Terms and Conditions

This activity is for young people who live or study within Canterbury-Bankstown LGA.

Adults not part of the program are not permitted to stay onsite throughout the duration of the activity, this includes parents and guardians.

Cancellation Policy

If you can no longer attend the activity, registered participants must notify YnlyYyB8IGNiY2l0eSAhIG5zdyAhIGdvdiAhIGF1 in writing, no less than 48-hours prior to the event taking place, in order to receive a full refund.

No shows or cancellations received after this 48-hour period are not eligible for any refund.

ABOUT BYRC
