I realise that swimming isn’t everyone’s thing. So I have crafted this retreat to focus on Yoga, a chance to dive deeper into the practice and explore many aspects of yoga.

Set in the serene surroundings of Bryn Llys Cottages, this immersive experience blends the invigorating flow of Dynamic Vinyasa, the gentle surrender of Yin Yoga, grounding Meditation, soulful Breathwork, and the deep rest of Yoga Nidra.
This retreat isn’t about swimming or packed itineraries—it’s about slowing down, tuning in, and exploring the many layers of yoga in a nurturing and supportive space.
