Relay for Life virtual Walk-a-long

We are joining forces with two other Ynys Môn businesses: Môn Training and Signs & Designs to raise as much money as we can for cancer research at this year's Relay for Life event this weekend at Treborth athletics track.

Myself and Physio Môn's Suzie will be there the whole 24 hours helping to keep our teams relay on the track.

I'm personally aiming to walk as many miles as I can over the 24 hours and will be updating this event page with lots of posts from the day and how we're getting on.
