Chick Hill Big Moon Hiking Adventure

Join MYA for a hike up Chick Hill with fabulous views, yoga flows and yummy food! This night before the harvest moon hike is a sweet workout without being too extreme. Adventurers will not be taking the road up (boring!) we’re hitting the trails…

Adventurers will meet up at the trailhead for Chick Hill/Peaked Mountain in Clifton for the big moon hike. We’re going to opt for the Little Chick trail that starts right near the parking area and winds up the side of the mountain to the top. We’ll then hook up with the Big Chick trail for more expansive viewing.

Adventurers will be taking their time enjoying all of the transitions along the way, the sights get more and more beautiful. The trail is just short of 3 miles round trip, basically a nice steady climb up to spectacular vistas. We’ll get a double shot of goodness with the sunset and moonrise! The gravel atv road will be our return route with headlamps ablaze if need be.

MYA will supply yummy eats, plenty of mountaintop yoga, oohs & ahhs of the sunset and moonrise, and good vibes!
