This June, Chefs Oliver and Alonso take centre stage to deliver a fiery feast that celebrates open-flame techniques, premium ingredients, and their shared passion for bold flavours.

Chef Alonso has a deep respect for native Mexican produce. After honing his skills under the renowned Chef Francisco "Paco" Ruano at Alcalde, he brought his culinary talent to Southeast Asia, where he continues to challenge perceptions of Mexican cuisine. At OXBO, he’s here to deliver on our vision: bold flavours, elevated fire-grilled techniques, and a new narrative for Latin-inspired dining.
