Blossom M. Crawford’s workshop Lives in Bangkok "Kathy Grant's signature exercise"

This workshop is a history lesson, a series of case studies, and a teaching clinic all in one. Pilates Elder Kathy Grant first worked with Mr Pilates after two knee surgeries. Perhaps it was the rehabilitative quality of their work together that inspired her contributions to the method. Kathy Grant demanded excellence from her students. She also brought creativity, playfulness and intuition to her teaching, contributing her own signature mat and apparatus exercises to the Pilates repertoire.
