VS Gallery ขอเชิญผู้รักศิลปะมาร่วมงานวันเปิด 2 นิทรรศการใหม่ในวันเสาร์ที่ 26 เมษายนนี้ ตั้งแต่ห้าโมงเย็นเป็นต้นไปครับ
1. นิทรรศการ Pindrop(red) โดย สุดาภรณ์ เตจา
VS Gallery ภูมิใจเสนอ Pindrop(red) นิทรรศการศิลปะโดย สุดาภรณ์ เตจา ที่จะนำเสนอจิตรกรรมนามธรรมสื่อผสมเพื่อถ่ายทอดมุมมองที่มีต่อ ‘เวลา’ ของเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นว่าเป็นเหตุการณ์ที่ยังไม่สิ้นสุด หรือเหตุการณ์ที่สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว โดยการติดตั้งงานจิตรกรรมในระนาบแนวตั้งและแนวนอน ศิลปินจำลองภาพการร่วงหล่นของวัตถุที่ยังคงล่องลอยอยู่ในอากาศ แขวนแนวตั้งในระดับสายตามนุษย์เพื่อแทนเหตุการณ์ที่ยังไม่สิ้นสุด และจำลองภาพการร่วงหล่นของวัตถุที่ตกสู่ระนาบพื้น จัดวางภาพในแนวนอนตามระนาบสายตาของนกที่มองลงมาจากที่สูงเพื่อแทนเหตุการณ์ที่สิ้นสุดลงแล้ว เชื้อเชิญให้ผู้ชมค้นหาความหมายและมุมมองโดยอิสระ
นอกจากวิธีการติดตั้งผลงานตามแนวคิดที่กล่าวนี้ ชุดงานจิตรกรรม Pindrop(red) เกิดจากการตีความท่วงทำนองจากบทเพลงที่ประพันธ์ไม่จบ The Art of Fugue (BMV 1080) ของคีตกวี Johann Sebastian Bach ประกอบไปด้วย 14 ฟิวก์และ 4 แคนอน แสดงควบคู่กับงานจัดวาง และงานวีดิทัศน์ที่ประกอบออร์แกนบรรเลงฟิวก์ที่ไม่สมบูรณ์ ‘Fuga a 3 Soggetti’ โดย Fritz Heitmann ในปี 1950

2. นิทรรศการ Into the Wild โดย กริซ จันทรเนตร
VS Gallery ภูมิใจเสนอ Into the Wild นิทรรศการศิลปะโดย กริช จันทรเนตร ที่จะพาผู้ชมไปสำรวจหลายแง่มุมที่มนุษย์มีต่อพื้นที่ทางธรรมชาติ ผ่านผลงานจิตรกรรมขนาดใหญ่ที่ศิลปินวาดทิวทัศน์จากภาพถ่ายของน้ำตกในป่าที่ตนไม่เคยไปมาก่อน โดยกริชได้ใส่องค์ประกอบสิ่งมีชีวิตประหลาดที่เป็นภาพแทนของป่าและความเถื่อนที่ไร้อารยธรรมมนุษย์ลงในฉากทัศนียภาพนี้ เพื่อกระตุ้นบรรยากาศที่ไม่น่าไว้วางใจและความรู้สึกแปลกแยกระหว่างเมืองกับป่า โดยในแง่ปัจเจกบุคคล ป่าคือพื้นที่ลึกลับอันเป็นตัวแทนของทั้งความบริสุทธิ์ไร้การปรุงแต่งทางอารยธรรมและความดิบเถื่อนทางของจิตใต้สำนึก เป็นอาณาเขตที่อุดมไปด้วยแรงบันดาลใจที่รอให้มีผู้มาผจญภัย แต่ในอีกแง่ของสังคมปัจจุบัน ป่าก็เป็นสถานที่ซึ่งคนในเมืองโหยหาในฐานะแหล่งท่องเที่ยวในวันหยุดพักผ่อน ด้วยข้อจำกัดของวิถีชีวิต
นิทรรศการ Into the Wild เป็นภาพสะท้อนของศิลปินในการแสวงหาความงามที่ขาดหาย แต่ขณะเดียวก็ตั้งคำถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับยุคสมัยปัจจุบันว่า ถึงแม้มนุษย์ต่างโหยหาที่จะกลับไปสัมผัสวิถีธรรมชาติ แต่เราอาจเอื้อมถึงได้ไม่เกินการท่องเที่ยวในช่วงสุดสัปดาห์ หรือแค่การสร้างพื้นที่สาธารณะและอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่เลียนแบบป่า ซึ่งผลในระยะยาวอาจทำให้เราค่อยๆ หลงลืมและออกห่างจากธรรมชาติและสัญชาตญาณความเป็นมนุษย์เข้าไปทุกที

VS Gallery would like to invite all art lovers to join us for the opening day of two new exhibitions this Saturday, April 26th, from 5pm onwards.
1. Pindrop(red) by Sudaporn Teja
VS Gallery is pleased to present Pindrop(red), an art exhibition by Sudaporn Teja that features a series of mixed media abstract paintings exploring the temporal dimension of events—specifically, those that remain unresolved and those that have reached conclusion. Through the strategic installation of works on both vertical and horizontal planes, the artist conceptualizes the metaphor of falling objects: paintings displayed vertically at eye level represent events suspended in time—unfinished and in flux—while those arranged horizontally, from a bird’s-eye perspective, signify events that have concluded. This spatial dialectic invites viewers to contemplate and construct meaning through their own interpretive frameworks.
The Pindrop(red) series also draws auditory inspiration from Johann Sebastian Bach’s The Art of Fugue (BWV 1080), an unfinished musical composition consisting of 14 fugues and 4 canons. The paintings are exhibited alongside an installation and a video documenting a 1950 organ performance by Fritz Heitmann of the incomplete fugue, Fuga a 3 Soggetti.
The Pindrop(red) exhibition by Sudaporn Teja will be on view at VS Gallery from April 26 to June 15, 2025, with an opening reception on Saturday, April 26, beginning at 5 p.m.

2. Into the Wild by Krit Chantranet
VS Gallery proudly present Into the Wild, an art exhibition by Krit Chantranet, which will take audiences to explore the many aspects of humans’ relationship with natural spaces through large-scale paintings that the artist has painted from photographs of waterfalls in forests he has never been to before. Krit has incorporated strange creatures that represent the forest and the uncivilized wildness into this landscape scene to evoke an atmosphere of distrust and a sense of alienation between the city and the forest. In terms of individuals, the forest is a mysterious space that represents both the purity of civilization and the wildness of the subconscious. It is a territory rich in inspiration waiting for people to come and explore. However, in terms of today’s society, the forest is a place that city people yearn for as a tourist attraction for a holiday. Due to the limitations of our way of life, the exhibition Into the Wild reflects the artist’s search for the missing beauty, but at the same time, it raises questions that are relevant to the present era: although humans yearn to return to nature, we may not be able to reach it beyond weekend trips or the creation of public spaces and real estate that imitate the forest, which in the long run may cause us to gradually Forgetting and drifting away from nature and human instincts
