Important Guidelines and Terms and Conditions: To ensure a smooth, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all participants, please read and carefully adhere to the following rules and terms before registering.

Terms & Conditions

1. No Refund / Exchange: Tickets/registrations once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Internet Handling Charges: An internet handling fee per ticket may apply. Please verify the final amount before completing your payment.

3. Arrival Recommendation: Please arrive at least 30 minutes early at the venue to ensure a smooth check-in and avoid delays.

4. Health Advisory: Do not purchase tickets or attend if you are feeling unwell.

5. Unlawful Resale: The resale or attempted resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Such actions may lead to ticket cancellation without refund or compensation.

6. Admission Rights Reserved: The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone at their discretion.

7. Subject to Change: These terms and conditions may be updated or modified by the organizer at any time.

8. Proof of Registration Required: Registration is valid only upon successful payment and submission of the payment screenshot. Without this, registration will not be considered.

9. Penalty for False Registration: If you are found with a false or fraudulent registration, a fine of ₹3000 will be imposed.

10. Payment Confirmation: Once payment is made, you must share the payment screenshot with the respective contact. Your attendance will be valid only after confirmation.

11. No Refund Post-Payment: Once payment is completed, no refund will be given for any reason, whether by choice, mistake, or circumstance.

12. Non-transferable Registration: Registrations are non-transferable and valid only for the person who registered. It cannot be shifted to another person.

13. Event Exclusivity: If you register for one event, you cannot switch to another event using the same payment/registration.

14. Missed Sessions: If you miss an event due to any reason, the registration fee will not be refunded.

15. If you are not in traditional dress, then you might not be allowed to continue in workshops/classes.
