New to pole? This beginner-friendly workshop is the perfect place to start.
In collaboration with Socials JP Nagar, this workshop is designed for absolute beginners—no prior experience required.
Participants will be introduced to the basics: simple spins, foundational grips, and how to move with the pole.
It’s a supportive and non-judgmental space to try something new, build confidence, and reconnect with the body in a fun and empowering way.
No pressure, no expectations—just movement at your own pace.
The session includes five parts:
Off-pole warm-up, Pole warm-up, Spins, Choreography & Cool down
Each section is simplified and tailored to suit individual strength and flexibility levels.
Clothing: Comfortable shorts and sleeveless T-shirts are recommended, as skin contact is essential for grip. Open to all.
